The title pretty much sums the movie up. It's a Sonny Chiba actioner where he plays a military officer that, get this, travels back to Feudal Japan to fight along and against samurai warriros. And did I mention that it has a tank fighting a platoon of samurai? Sold!

I actually own that movie somewhere. It's not nearly as awesome as it should be, sadly.
This is a shame. I had high hopes for this film.
It seems almost impossible to go wrong with the idea, but, what do you know, they did.
For better insane-genre delights, try the movie that Hammer Films and the Shaw Brothers did together . . .something like the Seven Golden Vampires. Completely bugfuck insane.
That's funny, just recentlyI remembered about the old kungfu movie called the Seven Brothers versus Dracula, a Hammer/Shaw Brothers cross over, if my memory serves. Peter Cushing reprises his role as VanHelsing teaching at a Chinese university. Sounds like gold to me.
Blood, boobs, kung fu, and Cushing and Lee. How could it go wrong? It doesn't.
And each of the Seven brothers have a special weapon, right? God, I love those old kung fu movies.
